The world’s first tube hybrid integrated amp with“pure digital” iPod dock.
iDecco is the first all-in-one iPod Dock that takes the digital signal from your iPod directly to our on-board ESS Sabre DAC. The music then travels through a Class A tube-buffered preamp to a high-current 40 watt-per-channel amplifier.
The iDecco is actually FIVE products in one: a “pure digital” iPod dock, a 40 watt integrated amplifier, class A tube preamplifier, stand-alone multi-input DAC, and a class A headphone amplifier.
Virtually all iPod docks today have analog outputs, forcing you to use the iPod’s internal power supply, DAC and output section. Not so with the iDecco! The “pure digital” 1’s and 0’s from your iPod are sent directly
into our super DAC with eleven regulated power supplies, so for the first time your iPod can really perform like a high-end CD player.
