Berkeley Bungalow
Bungalow With Dual Personalities

To distribute music into every nook and cranny of the house we used round in-ceiling speakers, weatherproof outdoor speakers for the deck and backyard and wall-panel touch screens to control each zone.
Our clients wished to be able to watch movies in the main theater and entertain friends and family in the backyard concurrently. By using a mult-zone system at the head end we were able to allow our clients the ability to use their home theater while listening to music in other areas of their home.

Motorized Lift
A motorized lift was designed to conceal the Runco CL510 Projector. The projector and screen appear, providing a full home theater experience without consuming the decor.

80' Screen
The interior design is uninterrupted until the push of a button reveals an 80" screen. The console table holds an Integra Home Theater System and a B&K Multi-Room System to manage audio inside and outside of the residence. Paradigm Cinema Series speakers provide the surround sound, and it's all controlled by a B&K remove, including the lights.

In-ceiling Speakers
The Paradigm In-ceiling Speakers show here fill the dining room with distributed audio. A total of 10 in-ceiling speakers were installed in the interior, controlled by 5 interior B&K keypads. The B&K Multiroom System manages the five distinct interior zones as well as the two exterior zones in the back yard.

B&K Keypad
The bedroom is home to the Sharp 37" LCD Panel display, seamlessly installed into the wall. The B&K keypad controls the audio distributed to the room which is delivered by two Paradigm In-ceiling speakers.

Exterior
There are two distinct audio zones to the exterior of the home. Both the deck and backyard have two Paradigm Stylus 250's which are controlled by B&K keypads custom installed in weather-proof boxes.
