Item must be functioning.

The purchase price of the new product must be a greater value than the traded item.

When trading in a product towards your new purchase, the new purchase is a final sale and not returnable for a refund or exchange.

Trade-in value must be used for immediate purchase, we do not offer store credit or cash for your trade.

Trade-in items are accepted/declined ONLY after they have been fully tested and inspected by our team. If the item is misrepresented or non-functioning, it will be returned at the customer's expense.
- Music Lovers, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or reject any items we feel do not meet our standards for a trade-in item. We do not take every item in on trade. Each trade-in is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Safely and correctly packing the item for transit is the customer's responsibility. We are not liable for damage incurred in transit and it can affect the trade-in values.

Trade-in deals that are accepted by both parties are final. We cannot return your gear, and the equipment you have purchased is final.
