This policy only applies to online purchases made on our website. This policy does not apply to in-store purchases. Please ask us about our refund policy for in-store purchases.
We honor the manufacturer's expressed warranty. Only NEW unopened items may be returned. If the product has been opened, a 20% restocking fee applies. Items must be in the original packaging. Please include a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer!
Cancellation of a special ordered item incurs a 20% restocking fee.
Exchanges (new items only):
We will replace new items if they are defective or damaged. Please request an RMA via email firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 2116 Blake Street Berkeley, California US 94704.
Used & Demo Items:
Used & Demo Items are sold AS-IS and working unless otherwise specified. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on Used & Demo Items. All Used & Demo Item purchases are FINAL SALE.
Once your return of a new, unopened product is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once inspected your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method. All refunds are subject to a 2.9% processing fee.
To return your product, you must mail your product to: 2116 Blake Street Berkeley, California US 94704. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You must insure your item. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
