Conductor material:The long-crystal solid-core 4N pure silver conductors exhibit an above-average crystal length, ensuring a high degree of microstructure homogeneity. This is achieved through a complex, multi-hour annealing process during manufacturing. As a result, the material possesses an exceptionally high and undisturbed conductivity.
Insulation: The 4N pure silver conductor is encased in three-component insulation. A PU lacquer layer protects against short circuits, while the air chambers of the cotton fabric minimize dielectric losses. An additional 2 mm thick Teflon sheath provides complete insulation. The material's high flexibility allows for easy handling while offering outstanding protection against external interference.
Construction: Hand-selected twisted-pair design with precisely defined conductor diameter and matched number of conductors to optimize cable capacity and inductance. Connections: Selectable between RCA and XLR connectors, manufactured without nickel barriers and soldered with Cardas silver solder for precise signal transmission. The 5-pin DIN connector is manufactured in-house to ensure optimal connectivity.
Shielding: A tinned copper braid forms an effective shield between the Teflon sheathing and the textile polymer fabric. This reduces external interference and minimizes signal loss. The shielding effect is further enhanced by the special cable geometry and the grid structure.
