Pro-Ject Stream Box S2 Streamer
Stream Box S2 offers support for high resolution data up to 24bit/192kHz as well as the possibility to connect to multiple Stream Box S2s to form a multiroom setup. The multiroom stream quality remains on CD quality (16Bit/44.1kHz). The possible zones are limited to 10 or 6 zones (Ethernet or Wifi) to ensure flawless transmission. Additionally, two units can also be connected to build a stereo pair with assigned left and right channels. The line level RCA output can be connected to a line preamplifier for the purest signal, the variable output can be connected to active speakers or power amps, and the optical output pass along the digital signal to an external DAC. Stream Box S2 comes equipped with TIDAL and Spotify. With the implementation of Shairport we were even able to give iDevice users the option to send data to Stream Box S2. Internet radio enthusiasts will find great satisfaction in TuneIn.
