The Marantz LINK 10n is a reference-class network audio player and fully featured stereo preamplifier designed as the digital front end for a high-performance two-channel system. It combines HEOS network streaming, a high-resolution DAC, balanced analog circuitry, MM/MC phono, HDMI ARC, USB-B DAC input, and both fixed and variable analog outputs in a chassis built to the same design standards as the MODEL 10 and SACD 10.
 
The LINK 10n can function as the central control component in a system built around separate amplification. Its fully balanced preamplifier section provides both RCA and XLR connections, while the adjustable subwoofer output allows it to form the heart of a 2.1-channel system.
 
Reference-Class Digital Architecture
The LINK 10n uses Marantz's latest MMM conversion architecture, combining MMM-Stream and MMM-Conversion technologies with selectable digital filters, selectable dither and noise-shaper settings, a dedicated USB DAC master clock, asynchronous USB operation, and a complete USB isolation system.
 
New HDAM modules are used throughout the output and preamplifier stages. The preamplifier operates with a fully balanced architecture and uses a MUSES 72323 electronic volume control with variable gain.
 
HEOS Network Streaming
HEOS Built-in provides access to network music and streaming services through Ethernet or Wi-Fi. The LINK 10n is Roon Ready and supports high-resolution playback from services including Qobuz. HEOS also provides access to a broad range of streaming platforms and Internet radio.
 
A large high-resolution full-color TFT display provides album, track, source, and playback information. The front-panel interface can also be used for HEOS setup and navigation.
 
Fully Featured Preamplifier
The LINK 10n includes both single-ended RCA and balanced XLR analog inputs, along with digital inputs for optical and coaxial sources. Its Marantz Musical Premium Phono EQ supports both MM and MC cartridges with selectable MC loading.
 
Both fixed and variable outputs are available in RCA and XLR, making it possible to connect the LINK 10n directly to a power amplifier, integrated amplifier, or powered subwoofer system. Bass and treble controls are included, along with balance control.
 
HDMI ARC
HDMI ARC with CEC allows the LINK 10n to serve as the audio hub for a television or display. This makes it possible to integrate a high-end two-channel system with a modern TV while retaining the LINK 10n's dedicated stereo preamplifier and DAC architecture.
 
Premium Construction
The LINK 10n uses a triple-layer aluminum chassis with copper plating, isolated sub-enclosures, multilayer circuit boards, and solid aluminum controls. A toroidal power transformer supplies the analog and digital circuitry, while the rear panel and bottom chassis incorporate copper-plated construction.
