Professional-Grade Streaming Transport
The Eversolo T8 is a dedicated digital streaming transport designed for systems that already have a high-quality external DAC. Rather than incorporating its own DAC or analog output stage, the T8 focuses on delivering a clean, precisely timed digital signal to the downstream converter. It combines high-resolution streaming, extensive digital outputs, internal music storage, room correction, and a high-resolution touchscreen in a compact aluminum chassis.
 
Precision Digital Architecture
The T8 is built around an ultra-high-precision femtosecond clock system designed to minimize timing errors and jitter. Eversolo pairs this with a super-silent linear power supply using a 4N oxygen-free copper toroidal transformer. The power supply is specified at noise levels as low as 30μV, with shielded internal wiring, precision voltage regulation, and high-grade filtering components.
 
For systems where the DAC is the primary determinant of conversion quality, the T8 provides a dedicated source component without adding another DAC or analog circuit to the signal path.
 
Fully Isolated Digital Outputs
A major feature of the T8 is its electrically isolated digital output architecture. USB Audio, IIS, coaxial, optical, and AES/EBU outputs are designed to reduce interference and crosstalk between the streamer and external DAC.
The IIS interface offers eight selectable output configurations to accommodate different DAC implementations. It supports stereo PCM up to 768kHz/32-bit and native DSD512. The isolated USB Audio output also supports native DSD512 and PCM up to 768kHz/32-bit, while the AES/EBU, coaxial, and optical outputs support PCM up to 192kHz/24-bit and DoP64.
 
High-Resolution Streaming and Local Playback
The T8 provides access to a broad range of streaming services, including TIDAL, Qobuz, Apple Music, Amazon Music, TuneIn, Presto Music, KKBOX, Radio Paradise and Deezer. It supports Roon Ready, Spotify Connect Lossless, Qobuz Connect, TIDAL Connect, JPLAY Certified, DLNA, UPnP and network playback.
For local music libraries, the T8 includes 64GB of internal eMMC storage and two M.2 SSD slots. Each slot supports up to 8TB, providing a potential total of 16TB of internal music storage. Two USB 3.0 ports can also be used with external storage devices.
 
The T8 can connect to computers, NAS drives and network storage through SMB and other supported network protocols. It can also play and rip CDs when connected to a compatible external USB optical drive.
 
EOS Audio Engine and Room Correction
Eversolo's EOS audio engine is designed to preserve the native sampling rate of music rather than applying unnecessary sample-rate conversion. This is particularly useful when using third-party streaming applications, allowing compatible high-resolution content to reach the digital output without conventional SRC processing.
 
The T8 also incorporates evotune™ room correction. Using measurements of the listening environment, the system generates digital filters intended to correct frequency-response irregularities and improve tonal balance and imaging. A 10-band parametric EQ provides additional control over frequency, gain, and Q, while FIR filter import, loudness control, and dynamic compression are also supported.
 
Wi-Fi 6 and Flexible Network Connectivity
For network playback, the T8 supports Wi-Fi 6 with dual-band 2.4GHz/5GHz operation, along with Gigabit Ethernet. An SFP fiber-network interface provides another option for electrically isolating the streamer from a wired network connection. The Wi-Fi module can also be completely disabled when a wired connection is preferred.
 
A 6-inch touchscreen provides direct access to music libraries, streaming services, playlists and playback information. The Eversolo Control app provides remote control from iOS, iPadOS, Android and compatible macOS devices.
